It’s okay to NOT be okay. Don’t fear the shifting under you. Death, divorce, break-ups, sicknesses, new jobs, new businesses; embrace it all. Feel the fear of the challenges you face and walk through them. Trust yourself and your choices.

Life is about resilience. When you see someone who is fearless, they had to endure this same testing of endurance. You cannot strengthen your inner self without this process. You can’t run a marathon without training daily in small incremental runs to strengthen your stamina and grit.

Jump in and begin the mental strengthening of life!

Action Steps:

  • List your top 5 all time fears that arise whenever you take a step towards an unfamiliar goal.
  • Write down a response in detail to those fears. Work through if they are real, justifiable fears and outline a plan of action if they occur.
  • Review this list daily. As you face these challenges regularly, you will become open, fearless and sure of how you will face them!
